Meet Amanda Sapp, APRN
Amanda is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an expansive history in medicine. She graduated high school not far from Panama City in the small town of Bonifay, FL. Amanda is a Navy brat and her father retired from the Navy and moved the family back to her mother’s hometown of Bonifay. She started her career in medicine right out of high school as a Pharmacy Technician while working her way through nursing school. She took a break for a few years to start her family but quickly returned to school and completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Troy University. Amanda worked as an ER nurse; home health nurse and a wound care nurse/clinical coordinator, while working her way through her Masters's Degree. She completed her Master's Degree with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017 from South University in Savannah, GA. Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner she has worked in Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Trauma, and Family Practice Medicine. Amanda has a no-nonsense personality but genuinely cares for all of her patients. The most important things in Amanda’s life are her faith, family, friends, and her fur babies. She enjoys spending her days off with her husband of 18 years, their 2 children, and 3 dogs.
