URGENT CARE:

If you are sick or need urgent care, you may WALK-IN to our 1514 W. 23rd Street, Panama City location Monday-Friday between 8:00am-11:00am or 1:00pm-5:00pm. No appointment or phone call is necessary. You may also use our Patient Portal – to schedule an URGENT CARE appointment if there are same day openings available. If there are no openings available, you may walk-in to the office for care during office hours.

 

PRIMARY CARE:

If you are an ESTABLISHED PATIENT, you may call the office at 850-481-1101 to schedule an appointment, make an appointment through the Patient Portal (if available for your Primary Care Provider) or send a web message through your Healow app to “Ask the Staff”.

If you are a NEW PATIENT, please complete the New Patient Paperwork and a staff member will contact you to schedule an appointment. You may also REQUEST an appointment using our Patient Portal. A staff member will call you to confirm the request before the appointment is finalized and to confirm the new patient paperwork has been received.

 

TELEVISIT:

A Televisit is a one-on-one “virtual” office visit with your medical provider. Patients must use the Healow app or a personal computer for these visits.
